![]() What does intuition have to do with singing? To me, everything. It took me decades to listen to my intuition enough to take the plunge and stand in front of live audiences and sing. And yes, I get serious butterflies but when someone tells me I brought some joy with my voice--I know I did the right thing. She incorporates writing and musical singing performances in much of her work. In addition, Navarro uses her personal weight-loss experience and research to promote personal fitness with restorative yoga and strength training to promote health of body, mind and spirit. She is currently working on various fiction and non-fiction writing projects on psychological, social, humorous and spiritual topics. Navarro was born and raised in New York City, lived in San Francisco for few years and is currently back in New York.
